Terms of service
If your hat is returned to us damaged beyond repair it is the right of Little Threads to retain your deposit in full.
If for any reason you decide not to wear the hat or your event has been cancelled the price of the hat hire remains the same and you will not be refunded but you will be entitled to your deposit back. Once a hat has been sent out it is deemed a hire and even if not worn there will be no refund.
Once we have check over the hat and it is deemed satisfactory we will return your deposit to you within 24 hours.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the hat it’s in originally packaging. You can return it in person or via special delivery. The hat is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned to Little Threads.
Please do not under any circumstances try to wipe or clean the hat before while it is in your care and returning it to Little Threads. This may result in futher damage to the hat and we may incurr further costs which we are then bound to invoice you for these costs. Please read our care guidelines for advice and information on how to look after your hat.
All hats and headbands remain the property of Little Threads.
